Zack Bobo is a top producing realtor with ERA Sunrise Realty in Canton, GA within metro Atlanta.  He has found that clients value his consistent communication, hands-on approach, effective negotiating skills, and knowledge of the real estate market. Zack is a long time resident of Cherokee County. He started his Real Estate Career in 2011 when he created Bobo Enterprises LLC. Throughout this company he had a vision to grow, buy and hold a rental portfolio of single-family and multifamily homes in Cherokee County. Today that company has 49 units with a mix of 2 mobile home parks, 7 single family homes, and 5 duplexes. As an investor, Zack also flips homes. Within the last 3 years he has averaged flipping 5-7 homes per year. After years of investing in 2020, Zack decided to quit his full-time engineering job where he would join ERA Sunrise Realty as a sales agent.
